uhm by saying :"apple iphone 4 bumper available in black and white for R150" the implication is that the product is an original Apple part. However you did not capitilise the a in apple so you can get away with claiming you never specifiedEither way I'll be sure never to buy anything for you ever as you cannot answer even basic straightforward questions like any reputable dealer would.

no, the implication is that it is a bumper for an apple iphone 4, it appears as if he didn't advertise it as an ORIGINAL APPLE iphone 4 bumber, there is a difference.
When asked whether you covers are original Apple bumpers you reply: "i am not saying that they are genuine and i am also not saying that they are fakes . show me how to distinguish between the two and and then i can give u a definite answer." which to me tell me that no they are no genuine (at that prive though it doesnt suprise me). Also I would expect a supplier to at the very least be able to distinguish between and genuine part and a perhaps not qenuine part and inform me honestly if its not.

would u agree that it is a different story if i showed him that pic and sold him something else . however i sold him the exact same thing that he sees there (only in black). ask 3gee for yourself . if the bumper , be it original or fake , comes in that packaging there is nothing i can do about it

:s if you purchased them from an approved Apple importer then they are real. If you ordered them from some obscure source they are knock off's (original parts would presumably also come with some form of warranty no?)

Riazbapoo you need to advertise accurately. You need to state clearly that the accessories cannot be verified as originals even though you believe them to be so that people know what to expect. Additionally if you sell something there should be some kind of quality guarantee unless you specify otherwise. If something falls apart after a few weeks it's obvious that it's substandard (or has suffered abuse which would let you nullify the warranty if the abuse is obvious)
Suggestion:
3Gee - upload pictures (high def) of what the bumper looks like now so that the forum members can have a look and see if they believe it faulty workmanship or abuse
Riazbapoo send him a replacement (free of charge) should the forum decide the problem is workmanship, but make him pay for postage and packaging of both.

Thank you , i sent him links to compare the original with what he had , the link to pics were of the original , he claimed , his was exactly same as original , he still refuses to state that he is selling FAKE BUMPERS

No. If it has an Apple logo on it then I expect it to be genuine Apple. If it is not then you should mention that in the ad/put it in bold lettering
