I have a Vodacom number I haven't used in ages (went over to MTN) - now it seems that the sim has been deactivated. I called customer care and they said the number has not been allocated to someone else, technicians will reconnect it to me.
However, I urgently need to access the received sms's from that number because I need to reset my microsoft exchange email account (I don't remember the password!) and the only number they have on record, is my old Vodacom number. Obviously I can't change that because I can't log in!
Is there a way I can receive SMS's from my old Vodacom number ASAP (without waiting for a week before the number is activated again)??
