Ready, Steady, Cook...

How thick are your exciting cutlets and would you prefer to steam or bake the nice? I'd suggest a chlorine marinade, regardless...

I didn't want to start my own thread as I figured that it would be easier all around to post in this one. But I will then.
 
Dinner Tonight

I want to cook something interesting for tonight and need some ideas.
Anyone have any suggestions as I don't want to just cook something from a recipe and have it turn out horrible..

Well then post ingredients - don't just expect everyone to start suggesting anything and sundry - that would be mayhem. We cannot have mayhem in a cooking thread. We cannot...:D
 
Ok some ingredients I might like to use are cheese, rice, chillies, spices, chicken, fish, potatoes, cream, spinach, marinade.....
 
Pooky, what food are you considering for dinner? Do you feel like eating fish, chicken, red meat or .... ?

gotta agree to some extent there....cooking usually is orderly (especially recipes) ;)

I made some nice lentil bobotie, yellow rice and veggies for today

Buy some sausages...
Put everything in a oven proof bag mix in an egg, bake it in the oven!:)
 
how about a nice bottle of wine, a fillet steak with potatoes and cream spinach on the side, and for dessert strawberries and cream on the wife/girlfriend. That surely is exciting :D
