Really Bad Service By 8ta Support

I am experiencing very bad service by the 8ta Support team. I am still awaiting them to fix the LTE issue with the download speeds since 28 Dec, 2012.

The last I heard, they were still awaiting the technical team to do some upgrade on the tower. I am getting 5Mbps on LTE, much slower than 3G. On 3G I get up to 15 Mbps. The 5Mbps is a far cry from what this technology promises and made worse by the mediocre support service.
 
8ta can't even spell the word service, let alone know what it means. I've been waiting for two weeks for them to activate my phone!
 
well it is a free trial... so maybe you aren't the highest priority on their list...? its 2 weeks right at the beginning of the year
 
It's a trial to look for potential problems. You found one. That doesn't mean they have to immediately fix it. Sabside, I think you misunderstood what the free trial is for.

Now if this was a service that you were paying for then I would understand your frustration. They are testing, you said you will help them test.
