Every morning at approximately around 8am, my Neotel disconnects, I'm getting the feeling they are doing this on purpose, so that people who are at work already can't reconnect and therefore can't do anything.
I'm working in the I.T industry, and to get around firewalls a lot, I have a proxy server installed on my Home PC and all sorts of usefull things installed so that I can do what ever I can from work. (Incase im behind a firewall)
I have a program that automatically reconnects me once the line is dropped, but it doesn't work because its not entirely disconnected, the connection is still active.
I thought maybe it was the Handset that "freezes" after a while of use, so this morning, before I left for work (around 7am) I took out the power cable and the battery, for about a minute so that it doesn't happen again.
Now I'm at work, and I can't access again, now I'm almost sure Neotel does this so that users can't download while at work etc.
What is the point of Neotel Unlimited, if it does this?
Very unhappy customer.
