I did not find the front fog lights on vehicles to be a problem as on most vehicles, these are low down. Much bigger problem are those dweets that put their headlights on bright.

Also agree, fronts are not nearly as bad as rears. The are meant to assist a driver after all, the rears are meant to piss followers off

My eyes are fine, but be as curious as you want. Rear fogs don't bother me.

Oncoming cars with brights on during the night bothers me, or oncoming cars with one dead headlight and the other one on bright.

For some reason that is true. I'm the most non-violent person you will ever find, but I found myself running after someone with a pocket knife once, luckily came to my senses very quickly. But crap like that happens so fast, now just imagine a naturally violent person and then you piss him off. S h i t could get real very quickly.
 
Idiot last night driving on the N12 with his rear fogs and hazards on, I overtake and this idiot had high high beams on. So I slow down, let him overtake me, then switched on my high beams behind him.

I used to do that all the time until the dumbass almost caused an accident. It's dangerous. Just overtake, dim your rear view mirror and try to get away as quickly as possible, then put it back when you're out of range. It's annoying, but better than ending your life in trying to prove a point to some moron who you don't know...
