I received confirmation of proof of payment on Tuesday at about 3PM.

Did you receive it today? Forgot to mention that it first has to be delivered by the supplier to our store, then we ship it out which takes about 3 days.
 
Just wanted to give a shout out to RebelTech for great service.

I ordered and paid last week, and my order was supposed to be shipped on Thursday. On Thursday they sent me an email saying that the order was delayed because they were having difficulty sourcing the motherboard.

They received the motherboard yesterday and had the order shipped to me immediately, at extra cost to them. They could have shipped it for delivery today, but they shipped it for same day delivery. I opened the box to inspect the contents and found that they had forgot the AM4 bracket that I needed to use with my CPU cooler. I told them about it, and they delivered the bracket to me personally after work.

Then, last night I spent all night trying to get the thing to POST but it would not. Took it to them this morning (fortunately I live close to them) and they upgraded the motherboard BIOS for me. Turns out that the memory is not supported by the motherboard without a BIOS update. All for free.

This is why I will not order hardware from TakeAlot - can you imagine a TakeAlot staff member driving to your house to deliver something they forgot? After hours? just incredible.

I'm very glad everything was sorted out quick for you.

I appoligise for the inconviance. I know it can be quite frustrasing getting new hardware that does not work.

But if you have any problems, you know where we are and we would be more than happy to help.
