Recommend me a TV

Now I need help from you boffins out there please. The SAMSUNG PS51D550 was Full HD 3D, and I have to claim the closest to what I had, so I need to find SAMSUNG 3D TV's close to 51" to know what replacement value I should ask for. I dont want to rip the insurance a new one and claim for a 65" curved TV at R40K for instance.

I can only find the SAMSUNG UE55JS9000 currently in the market that is close to 51" and supports 3D.

When my PS51E550 was stolen early 2017, my insurance regarded a Samsung 55inch series 7 as the closest replacement.

I bought a Hisense 55m7000. Very happy with it.

I paid R12K (5 years ago) and they offer R7K. That is not the point though, they must replace like for like, or at least put me in the same situation as I was before the loss.

Throw in an Extra R2000 from your side and get the Samsung MU7000 series, you will be in a better place than you was before.

But if you don't have an extra R2000, then maybe try and get the Hisense M5010 series TV, you still will be in a better place than you was before
