Get a good whey protein.."ON 100% Whey Gold Standard"
Get potent multivits...
AND when you need a boost... VPX N.O Shotgun V3 or BSN N.O Xplode <--be warned it kicks!!

Well are you trying to lose weight or gain weight?

Well gain a bit I guess...but don't want steroids or anything like that...just want good vitamin supplement....don't even know whats the purpose for vitamins...but I wont it!

:D

I wonder if this isnt just a myth?

It's a myth ;) But don't take this bit of information as encouragement.

If you're eating properly, don't even bother wasting money on vitamins.

some older riods did krimp your ballas, making the user important, but this tale has been extended to the member itself

Lol :D A single cycle wouldn't do this, but if you use lots of testosterone-based steroids, your body may temporarily halt the production of testosterone (by the testes), because it has more than enough now. This is what shrinks your nuts. And it is not permanent. And only Deca Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate) may cause impotence (Deca Dick - LOL :D). But the again, stacking it with a testosterone-based steroid will negate that effect.

my theory goes like this... the arms and muscles stretches on top, hence the one below as to shrink to compensate for the theory of volume being the same everywhere in your body!
