Please inform Rectron that they should not stock up on games that are going to be boycotted.

So no interwebs = no install
 
it might be able to be played through LANBRIDGER, if it has a lan multiplayer then south africa can consider cod:mw2 free,, i say thanx to that, fooken well done EA...lol

I think ill pirate it just so that it shows up on their system as pirated.

You might as well kill it for SA's then.

If we cant play on SA servers, try playing online, you get booted from servers because your ping is too high (anything more than 100 is considered too high overseas)

We need dedicated servers are we screwed, not buying the game will show them!
 
No mention anywhere as to wether or not it has LAN capabilities. At the very least you will probably need an internet connection to authenticate before you can connect to a lan server.

Found one mention in minimum spec: Broadband connection required for Multiplayer Connectivity.
Interpret that how you want, but to me it means no internet, no multiplayer

Lan play may be possible without internet if they allow it with steam in offline mode but usually only single player is allowed with steam games in offline.
 
I don't know much about steam. I have not played any steam games before. How is CSS played at Lan's if it requires steam? or is everyone using a pirated copy?
 
the movies all show what they did with the game using a team, so there is no ways it can not come with lan multiplayer.

dont thumb suck these things and put the gullable people off completly.

the makers are stupid for not putting a dedicated server but i dont think they even more stupid for not putting a lan in.

If they playing a Team game, this does not necessary mean they playing on LAN. I have seen some videos of Game conferences this year which revealed Modern Warfare 2. In all of these videos they sign into Xbox Live before they play a game.

But yea, I hope that there is LAN support! It would not surprise me if their is no LAN game play though......
