reinstalling windows 8

hey guys

Just a quick question. I upgraded a windows xp sp3 PC to windows 8 pro. I bought that upgrade key. So say I want to format reload sometime... do I have to format install windows xp then upgrade to windows 8?? or can I take a windows 8 pro disc install itand activate with my upgrade key? probably not but I was wondering...?

Yes. It works just like a full install. MS is just being funny about this "upgrade" nonsense.
