I'm new to Kodi too, just played around and found what works best for me. there are other addon's too that could be more what you looking for. some are with subscription Login detail and others just work.
The one I posted are without subscription and not all channels. but 1 channel more than no channel at all is a win.

If your into sports then this one is for you.
 
Didn't know there is payment involved, is there?
Just download it from Kodi website

I see at least for the SA RWC 2023 games we can stream it on SABC+.......
