Working again, after the Bok game has been wrapped up

Yes problems starts usually before the bok's games. The way to check that DSTV can't cope is to open the android app and go into devices. It will give some error and not be able to list the current linked devices.

I was just about to say I watched the F1 qualifying today without any issues. The rugby is obviously more popular.

We had similar issues, isolated to the addon on Kodi. Streaming using the android app and on chrome worked perfectly fine.

Once the match was over, everything returned to normal.

I found the culprit to be my adblocker. I excluded dstv now site and now its working fine in chrome.

I've been having trouble with DSTV Now for a few days in Chrome, IE and FireFox on 2 different PCs, both running Windows 7.

I tried clearing the cache, etc. but no difference. Eventually I found that disabling my extension for Windscribe (VPN extension) allowed DSTV to work again. Even if the extension is enabled but not connected, DSTV Now won't work but if the extension is disabled completely it works in Chrome.

Still doesn't work in FireFox or IE though.

Windscribe is not only a vpn but adblocker too, hence the problem as I mentioned a few posts above.

IE is too old to work with the latest widevine DRM. Firefox should work if you have the latest version.

It seems like it's not working. AGAIN. I can't login to the Android app either. Says my credentials are incorrect. On the other hand, I haven't been able to use Showmax for a couple of days now. NOTHING'S WORKING!

Yes I have just tried now again on my PC( Brave browser), whitelisted it, then cleared the cache but still got an error.
This morning I was trying to get it working on the old man's pc, didn't fiddle too much as I got it working on the Pi for him.

I suspect we may have hit the number of devices limit perhaps as both of us have changed PC's recently.( The Pi's work fine though.)

Never tried brave, but chrome and firefox should work fine.
Browsers dont count towards your devices, only apps downloaded via app stores and the kodi addon (once only)

Same thing happened to me last night and this morning eventually got my login username and password changed successfully. Something strange happened to me though: It seems that the Kodi name on the DSTV register changed as all of sudden I had maxed out on my 4 devices. I managed to delete an old unused device but now see that I have two Kodi devices listed.

I updated to the latest DSTV Now Add-on recently as well as Kodi 18.4. How can I tell which one of these two is the correct one? Anyone know where the Kodi name is defined that DSTV Now uses? I need to delete whichever is the old Kodi device as I need another phone.
