[RELEASE] DStv Now KODI Add-on

Hi I'm new to the forum .....how do I make a donation to the cause

Reactions: Yuu
Basically, looks like the license url has changed hence the issue. I've been playing around with the Python code and realised why I don't do coding.

https://licensev2.dstv.com/widevine/getLicense?CrmId=afl&AccountId=afl&ContentId={}&ls_session={}

Also if you use the browser you can see that you can stream multiple streams at the same time from the browser. So if you keep the CLIENT_ID = the same across multiple devices it allows more than one stream.
Regarding password sharing: Would this mean if my family member uses the app, and myself a browser it counts as 1 stream? Or only when accessed from a browser does it count as one stream?

guys basically i've migrated to a better way to watch tv than dstv.
TVOne112(crew repository(international channels and supersport )
SportHD(for all sport events)
SABC+(for news)
Tried it.... plays good....for a while. And then it stops.

Guys, Matt isn't actually delaying anything due to multiple github issues. He told me he's just saying that to make them stop.

We both still working on this issue. DSTV have done a good job actually.

Thanks for the update Jeremy!

Out of curiosity, do you think DStv made the changes as part of their updates or to specifically stop the use of the Kodi add-on?

I don't think they were targeting us. They seem to have deprecated the old widevine server addon was using and the new one enforces single stream limit
sounds like a nice little challenge for u guys...good luck and expect a donation soon.

Official app used + browser on Mi 4K Stick = too many streams.

Browser on Mi 4K Stick on its own = works.

Browser used from PlayStore = Jio Pages

Sportshd.co works great on Mi 4K Stick - browser Jio Pages

So very curious to know if they are going to be able to sort out the add-on.

What do you guys think? Could it be broken forever?
I'm thinking it may well could be....but i don't code, nor do i have even the slightest idea of what they do....so I'm speaking from a place of ignorance.
