Don't tough Paradigm what ever you do, had major service issues with them.

sharry-girl, what kind of hosting are you looking for? Windows, or Linux? Local (i.e. a server in South Africa), or international (i.e. a server in the USA / EU / UK / AUS / etc - normally cheaper).

Accept for a short period where the Serve server I was on was blocked by spam filters, for the 2 – 3 years I have used them (mainly as a mail server) has been quite good.

i use hetzner for my personal email... it has never, ever, been down or had a problem or given me issues. i now host 6 domains with them, none with issues, ever. very happy. but...
for personalised support, good help, and hassle free migration, i would try imaginet. their prices are very reasonable as well.
