Will Teamviewer work on my android? I was more looking for RDP way of getting into my PC.

VNC, Logmein or MSTSC will all do.
The ease of use will depend on your network setup.
logmein will probably be easiest - no network tweeking required just create account install and go.

Not sure if I understand. Each PC gets a unique ID and you setup a password for it but they can be assigned to a TeamViewer account in which case you can access them all from the client console wherever it is installed (provided you log in) where you get a list of all your systems that can be connected to.

Depends if someone has created an application, there is one in the Apple App Store for their products.

RDP and the correct port forwarding setup.

Theres really no need for an extra application. Not being lazy and setting up your dyndns and port forwarding correctly is all you need.

I'm sure you get some sort of dynamic public IP address on ADSL. Here is how I have mine set up.
allow port 3389 on your Router and forward it to your local IP of your pc(static IP).
create a dyndns account and setup dyndns on your router .

and then remote desktop to you PC

eg.
run
mstsc /v: mypcathome.dynalias.com /admin

works for me perfectly. Teamviewer is much slower.

You can only setup Dyndns on your router, if you router supports it, check the manual/documentation for your router. Otherwise there is a windows app that will up date dyndns with your current WAN ip address.

You can get "static" ip address from some ISP, it costs more and once again you will need a router that can support L2TP (I think), probably not worth it in your case.

Mine's set up like this:
- DynDNS configured on router
- Router configured as VPN server (L2TP/IPSEC)
- Once I'm connected remotely via VPN, my remote pc has a local IP adress, so my home network is entirely accessible (for RDP, file sharing, etc.)

Teamviewer is awsome. Million times faster than logmein (literally 10sec to connect) and you can setup multiple computers as well as transfer files. Running in the system tray it also shows you which computers are online or went offline.
Best thing is it's all free.

Depends what edition of Windows you own, they don't all come with Terminal Services server. Alternatives for Home edition owners are to install 3rd party apps or try hacks to get the Terminal Services server installed.
