Hi all,

I have a Vodacom E220, and yesterday it started giving me troubles. It would not install or run the Vodafone s/w correctly, and the modem drivers seem to have corrupted too (on the machine)

I tested the E220 on another (Vista) machine and it works fine, so something went wrong between W7 and the Vodafone s/w.

How can I remove the s/w and the drivers completely from the machine? Is there a way to remove the drivers too so that it was before the modem was plugged in the first time?

Btw I have uninstalled the Vodafone s/w from Programs & Features already, and if I look under Phone and Modem there is no reference to any 3G modem.

Please help.

Thanks Rudi

Hi Rudi

You need to check your registry as well, do a search for vodafone

The Uninstaller from Add/Remove Programs usually does the job of removing everything.

backup your registry then delete.. i had the same problem with e220 on win7 64bit
