my Renault Clio 4 2013 Turbo Expression is releasing white smoke and leaking oil through the exhaust pipe. The engine does not start,

What could be the problem here?

How much would it cost to fix it, roughly?

Any reliable mechanic in Cape Town that you can recommend for this problem?

white smoke or white blueish? sounds a lot to me like you are experiencing turbo seals failure dont know about places in cape town but turbo refurbishment joints will sort you out
