Renewing Apple ID

I am having difficulty with this subject as I'm unable to make head or tail of the security bull**** to prove I'm human. I've tried entering the data shown and cannot understand the audio for vision impaired (which i'm not).
Anyone know id I took it into Walmer Park i store if they would help me?

Yeah they do, but they might be stuck up if you didn't buy your iDevice from them.
