Screaming at a child the entire day would need a visit from a social worker and not SAPS.
Would it be wise to suggest to the OP to report the person to SAPS if the kid pissed on the carper and were screamed at for the remainder of the day?
What if the child were discussing the tax evasion of his parents with the neighbours child and it was beaten? Then we need to suggest SAPS and SARS are called, and not a social worker.
Nobody here asked for details such as the kid was punched until he could no longer move and then pissed on etc etc but certain details are required to make an informed decision.
