Request for access to MTN after 7pm

I would like to ask if MTN would be willing to give me some coverage after 7pm at night in Kenilworth, Southern Jhb. For the last 2 days I have been unable to view more than 5 WAP pages on my Sony Ericsson P800 I have called up 1555 and they claim there is no problem on the network. I have spoken to coverage and got the same answer. Well if that is the case then I should have access right? I use the same phone at work in the Northern suburbs as well as the CBD and Boysens but in Kenilworth I have this problem.

Sheila at 1555 have reset my number, sent me the settings from Sony Ericsson but to no avail.

Someone please help.
 
Last night same thing phoned coverage again and this time Shiela logged a queery and promised a sms with the ref nr. have not recieved it as yet.

Last night same thing again got 5 3KB pages then nadda. Still no sms from coverage with ref no. maybe Shiela forgot to send it.

Anyone that's still having a problem could I ask you to please PM me with your cell number, ref number if you have one and the area you're in. I'll escalate to network group immediatly

Phoned coverage again last night. They said I should phone them again on friday if it is still giving problems.

Finaly some good news.

Ok I have been getting coverage now for the last week or so but it still goes on and off.

Anywho I got a call today from Claud,I think that was his name, from MTN Coverage and we discussed it and we wrote it off as just wierd. But it is working now. We also discussed the 3G coverage, or lack thereof, in my area and he said MTN will provide me, free of charge, an out door antenna for my E620.

Thank you MTNDD for your help in getting this issue taken care of.
