I've got a Telkom 4mbit ADSL line and have been asking Telkom for 5 months to upgrade it, but every time they say my area max speed is 4mbit. Of course fiber is not available, otherwise I'd get that.
I asked who I can speak to, to get somewhere with this. The lady at the call center said I must speak to the Counselor (I think she meant Chancelor), but couldn't give me any contact details.
Is there a procedure whereby one can get some attention on this?
