Resign, UCT SRC head told

I did not call you an atheist, I said you are deceived by "atheism-inspired censorship". You cannot claim to believe in freedom of religion when endorse the persecution of people who practice such freedom. It's either you are paying lip service or you don't' believe in it.

I believe in the freedom of religion. And the freedom to not have to be exposed to religious bigotry at the same time. Do what you want where you want but don't shove it down everyone else's throat. Same as I don't want gay people having sex in public. It goes both ways.

Then you are paying lip service to freedom of religion, and you are an enemy of democracy. That's exactly what they believe in China and North Korea. They have no problem if you are a Christian, as long as you don't meet with other Christians or evangelising non-Christians.

It seems you also don't believe in the right to sexual orientation either, and you are one of those who publicly declare your support for gay rights but puke in private at the thought of two men having sex. Be careful that gays on this forum don't see your post otherwise you'll be called a bigot.

OMG. It's amazing what assumptions you make to support your own bias. Just because I don't want to see gay men get it on does not make me a homophobe. And I have no problem with xtians gathering. Problem is you can't separate your freedom and the imposition of your beliefs onto others. You are a threat to democracy.

Evangelising is part of freedom of religion, so you can't claim to support freedom of religion but censor people from evangelising.

There is a difference between evangelising and judging. You can't seem to separate the 2.
I wonder why I even bother with you. You are so blinded by your indoctrination you wouldn't understand Christ's love if it hit you in the face.

*wonders if he'll ever get to see what Jesus said about the matter*

Christ's love leads to adoption as children (see 1 John 3:1), and children of God do not endorse sin (see 1 John 2:4).

Evangelising does not give your the right to trample on other people's freedoms.

Refer to Section 16 of the Constitution and then explain to me where evangelism is equal to trampling in other people's freedoms.
