Hey guys.
What is a acceptable time from a isp like open web. I have been waiting almost 2 days for a response from them? So far i got nothing. Not even their contact number is working.

Any Ideas?

Usually 1 day. But last month I had a nice incident where I waited 10 - 12 days for my account. (once off, payment) <sigh>
Are openweb slacking?, they've been pretty good to me thus far.

I think OpenWeb is a 1 man operation. :)
I remember when I joined, I phoned non stop for almost 2 hours and couldn't get through, then I got through and was cut off.

OpenWeb was indeed a 1 man operation back in 2005,.

However, with the growth we have experienced, we have a range of staff dealing with different aspects of this wonderfull business :)

If a reply is not received, it probably means one of two things:

1. The email was not received by us
2. Our reply was not delivered to you

We always, always, always, reply to every single mail received.

If you are still having a problem, drop me a PM.

I will resolve it for you asap.

Kind regards
MrBEEP

Hi GiZmmo

If you do not receive a quick response from OpenWeb, it would mean one of the following:

1. We have not received your email
2. You did not receive our reply.

Kindly mail me personally on [email protected] and I will resolve the problem asap.

Please remember, when purchasing with a credit card, you may instantly activate your Local Only account, without having to contact us at all.

This applies to:

All IS Usage based accounts

Kind regards
MrBEEP
