Its been such a long time since I have been privy to 18 year old's swimming naked in the pool....

The fact is that 16 year old kids take break ups much worse than adults who have been around a bit. Hence the behaviour. He was probably her first love which is always perfect until one meets one's second love like the old saying goes.

it depends on mental maturity too. you get adults that act like kids, and i know A LOT. i also think it's far more damaging to save yourself "for that one person". where you invest all your energy into somebody who may not be the right person for you. i think 16-19 is a reasonable time to have sex, on the conditions that they understand what they're doing. i think the lack of understanding comes from it being made so taboo that they are never really cautious about it

I agree with the legal age limit for sex of 16 purely from my own selfish reasons from when I was a teenager and in my early 20s. 16 is really young for a girl to be having sex, as it is always a emotional thing with expectations for young chicks. Guys that age are just horny and want to get it on. 16 year old girls want the love with the sex, unless they are messed up from previous issues.

But hey, without issues we wouldn't have any sluts, and what would the world be like without any girls gagging for some dirty, no strings sex. :)

One word: MOVE

Yes you can get a restraining order, but that hardly every works 100%.
Plus, it sounds like you're in a small-ish town, so without moving I see no other option.

I personally would up and leave, start fresh somewhere else, far far away.
 
man I've never had sex with one of those psychos that has to go onto my bucket list.
