It never was a issue until government decided in the interests of workers that farms should be divided so that workers can acquire their own land effectively forcing farmer to get rid of the leechers. In this case why must the farmer be responsibly for housing the workers kids and their "relatives". This seems to me rather like a informal settlement or plakkerskamp now called a "Village" on the farm and now the farmer is been made the political scapegoat yet again.

WTF. This could easily be interpreted as justification.
 
I know of a few farm workers that are unemployed because of crime on farms, be that repeated theft or farm attacks. If you look at the amount of debt farmers sit with, shutting down operations is sometimes the sane thing to do.
 
All those grownup kids,and livestock and the poor man has nowhere to go?? :D

Why the hell is this household so huge???
 
In any country around the work you are only entitled to one thing, and that is the wet van Transvaal.
