From the Gautrain FB page:
Gautrain will be introducing three new bus routes during November, while several existing routes will be optimised. These enhancements are as a result of continuous customer feedback regarding Gautrain’s bus services which is reviewed and evaluated by the Gautrain’s monthly bus service committee. The changes will enable the Gautrain to better serve their customers, while also attracting new users.
The revised routes are aimed to be implemented from Monday, 26 November 2012, pending approval from the relevant authorities. Routes and stops from the following stations will be introduced:
- Park Station to Johannesburg CBD – new stops to be added at Marshall & Harrison streets; Boston College, Marshall street; Absa Bank, Marshall Street; and Reef Hotel, Anderson street

Gautrain management has stressed that while it values feedback from customers, naturally it is not possible to implement every suggestion and request received.
