Democracy does not work here. As it was explained to us a while back when discussed, these don't show that the majority don't want it removed, as we don't know anything about the people voting and we need to know their backgrounds and know each one personally. Not having any votes/stats/polls shows that 100% want it removed, so that method of democracy will be used.
