RIP Charlie Kirk

What alternative do you suggest? If someone is going to commit to shooting Charlie Kirk, there is a level of risk that they will have to take.

Do we know the height of that building, the fall was also on grass and was cut by the length of his body.
Haven't seen the video but if you practise a fall from height, i.e immediately tuck into a roll you can mitigage the effects of a bad fall, butit would require practise.

Jumping of a roof that high is not very clever, he could have badly injured himself and become immobile leaving no escape.
It wasn't that high. At the point he jumps off, it's about as high an average sized wall...

Because the one side was just rolling over and letting the other dictate the direction, until they were pushed too far and decided to start standing up for logic and rationality
Age old situation, as long people are living comfortably well they'll accept pretty much anything, then when life becomes a struggle for them they suddenly become acutely aware of all the "wrongs" and start to demand justice.

He hangs off the side before dropping so doesnt tuck and roll.

How must I know? I don't know the layout of the building or campus. He did not give much thought to his exit as that was a very risky thing the way he got off the roof.

No but it looks pretty high, I'll try and google.

Might be foolish to automatically interpret China's untested battle capability as a weakness, it also has the potential to be a strength, besides...a US - China war has a 99 percent likelihood of becoming a world war.....and that's not going to go in favour of the US.

How on earth would an inexperienced military and untested equipment be a strength?

EDIT: After steamrolling the conventional Iraqi armed forces in 2003, the US learned some painful lessons when they had to adapt to asymmetrical warfare during the insurgency. China likewise is going to learn some harsh lessons if/when they get involved in a war.

The only thing they've got is sheer numbers.
Never mind Chinese drone technology supremacy. By far, not even a contest. Never mind production capacity..

Well yes and no, the Soviet Union had a massive army until they very quickly didn't. Its not necessarily an indicator of anything.
The strength of the US military isn't just tied to the size of their army. They've been out in the field pretty much constantly since WW2, involved in some conflict or the other. What they have is ongoing experience, as well as experience that's been passed down from generation to generation.

You can't just build some theoretical army like China, with untested equipment and people, do some military exercises, and then go take on the yanks in a war...
