Hi just trying to find out some documents and websites show that a crossover cable as one side T568A and the other side T568B and other documents show pins 4 5 and 7 8 crossed over as well.
Thanks

I made numerous cables like this:

Orange-white
Orange
Green-white
Blue
Blue-white

Brown-white

At the other end:

Green-white

We are working with some old pcs used as web servers windows nt with two network ports one for the network while the other one in used by by our webmaster to upload content that one must be crossover had some upgrades in the cable room and of course they removed all the old patch cables and put new ones in now the crossover cable was replaced by normal cable now upload does not work any more and all old patch cables have disappeared. Normal crossover yesterday but did not work will have to make one with all cables crossed and see if that works.

Had to check if this post wasn't a necro post dated from the 90's...rather shocked to see that it wasn't.
