Does anyone know if there is an Act or law in place making this illegal?
For those who dont know, rolling coal is the modification in a diesel vehicle that makes it spew black soot into the air.

Haha not at all, I'm just curious because I might be getting a diesel soon and the DPF/diesel particulate filter isn't very good for fuel economy. Removing it creates the black soot and decreases the fuel consumption.Why would you want to know if it is legal? Somebody fogged your Prius?
