Follow up question: was the asbestos removal handled well and did the guys handle it carefully and safely?

I am not so sure about this.

I felt it probably could have been done a bit more carefully but when I asked the supervisor on site he assured me that everything was fine.

It did make a lot of dust, but it looked more like concrete dust to me.

That "dust" shouldn't be there. Sounds like a major F up.

Who are you asking exactly now?

My re-roof (all flat roof with clip-lock IBR sheets) was done in two parts, a top roof was done first and it included 135mm insulation being installed. Approx 52m2 was R49k.

The second part was done a bit later, I don't have the exact size on hand now but it's around 4 times the size of the first roof, that was around R140k.
