Rogue usage on web africa

Hi All

How does one stop Rogue or strange usage on my account? On the 16th ( Monday ) I consumed 1.16gb of data per hour from 00:00 until 18:00 this is impossible as we were not home.

It actually started from Sunday at 11:00. Is this some sort of hacking and if so how does one stop it?

It never used to happen on my capped accounts or when I used to have uncapped adsl...

Put your router off if you're not at home. That way you can see if someone has hacked your wifi.
Change passwords as well, both for the router and the account.

If you change passwords and router is off, then contact WA.

WA may also keep a track of logged in IP addresses. Sometimes they may limit the log in to your telephone number.

What's your WIFI encryption method? WEP? WPA?
