Hi there,

I need some assistence with my router - I have logged a few tickets via their app yet never get any response from the ticket (latest ticket is #15264238)
For a while now my router randomly, at any time of the day will just restart, it usually only takes a few minutes to boot back up but this is causing extremely difficult situations when it happens while I am working.

Today the problem has gotten significantly worse with the router restarting several times in a row throughout the day, leaving me effectively offline.
I am unsure if this is a faulty router issue or caused by something else.
The router is one of the Rain 5G ZTE routers. Currently in perfect condition as it has never been dropped or moved around.
It is connected to a small UPS that powers it alone and configured for the recommended 12v that the router indicates.

I frankly do not know where else to ask for assistence here as Rain is unfortunately one of the only providers that reach my location.

Please assist

Yeah I would plug the router into a normal wall socket and see from there what is happening. Either you have a dodgy UPS or a dodgy router or a dodgy plugpoint
