Hi

My Billion router is currently in bridge mode, can I still connect to it with the modem's ip adress, having problems with that.

What's the IP adress?

Hi Kiepie

All the Billion routers have a 192.168.1.254 IP address.
What model you got?

Also try //192.168.1.254 not just 192.168.1.254

nothing, everything was find before bridging, no it doesnt work

Sounds abit funny.
Did you only set it to bridge mode now or have it always been connected through bridge mode? Try resetting (button at the back of the router) the router and then set it to bridge mode again.

Bridge mode about an week ago. Before bridge mode it wasnt difficult connting to the routers ip adress, now a week later , I cant seem to connect.

Will the resetting take it bake to router mode?? I want to keep it in modem mode, just want to go back to router mode to test something out.

Resetting the router will take it back to the factory settings (routing mode).
I have never had a problem with my 7300G here at home and it is running in bridge mode aswell, can access it with no prob.

You can try to reset it now or PM me your details and we can give a ring tomorrow and see what the problem could be. Its normally easier to do these kinda things over the phone. :)
