I share your pain, my Billion 7300M also died last night Anyone able to direct me to a reseller where I can walk in an buy a new modem/router with the same specs as above.

As a last resort I will have to go to Incredible Corruption as no one carries stock of this sort of thing

Yep in the storm last night, also seems to have taken out my mobo network adaptor as well

Have you asked Nology about getting the 7300M repaired? Might work out cheaper than purchasing a new one. A year ago I was quoted ~R300 to repair a 7202GR2.

I thought my 7300G had died in the storm an Sat night but is was in fact the 12V 1000mA power adapter. Went to Stax and got a generic same spec power adapter and the router is as good as new.

Have you asked Nology about getting the 7300M repaired? Might work out cheaper than purchasing a new one. A year ago I was quoted ~R300 to repair a 7202GR2.

They will repair but it will take around 2 months. I will get it repaired as a backup.

same thing happened to me a few weeks ago, blown modem and network adaptor. scooped an old network card out of a machine at work and order a linksys wag200g from pcmall for about 600bucks. works like a charm.
