Router or line problem?

Don't know if this is the right place... but everyday between 5PM and 8PM my internet doesn't work for 10-60min+. I don't know if it's the router or my line but it's seriously annoying now! EVERYDAY!

I doubt that is your router perhaps it's interference of some some sorts or your DSLAM is faulty/overloaded.
Can you please post your line stats from your router.

Read the thread below - this guy was having a similar problem to yours. Perhaps send him a PM and check if he managed to resolve it. Also check the advice posted in the thread itself: ADSL sync issues that happen at exactly the same times nightly

Yes log into your ADSL modem/router, and go to the 'Status' page (name varies depending on router brand). You need to look for your line stats, like ADSL Sync Rate, Attenuation, Noise Margin, Attainable rate, etc..
