Router selecting 3rd furthest Tower

Hi Their support

I checked on my rain portal and it seems that my router is selecting a tower that is the 3rd furthest away.
I am getting my required 50mbps download however my upload is around 1mbps, I have logged a ticket for my SO

Ticket Number is 10062748

Had the same issue and it was a struggle to get me onto the closest tower - and when it eventually got linked to the closest tower - my speeds were worse off. Back on a further tower now, and over the last few weeks, the speeds have significantly improved - previously I was getting 40-60mbps on 5G Premium, now up to 200-250mbps - so I'm no longer complaining. In my case, I'm guessing the closer tower was congested so the further tower was indeed the best available option?

I had a Tower that was giving me the best speeds and latency and it has been off for the past 2 days.
May you please check what the issue is?
