That's when Santana was here, 3 games lost in the confed cup to you know which teams.Santana is a good coach but I don't know why he left, he has won a cup trophy with his club since then so he is good.

The players will speak with their feet on the game, I'm hoping the referee makes no bad decisions that can affect either team.
I'm just glad that the 2010 LOC got the world cup here, so bafana can play, and mexico are an exciting team (2-1 italy lost).

I feel that Bafana are solid with their midfield Tshab,Modise,Sibaya and Reneilwe don't lose the ball really much and Mphela and Parker for creativity.
I'm not feeling sure about M. Booth but he'll be a sub probably.
 
remember that most of mexico's players play in the top leagues in europe. my heart says 1-1, but realistically my head says 2-0

Obvious favorite is generally portrayed as such when you look at bookie sites.

17/10 bafana 16/10 mexico hardly shows mexico as clear favorites. Go look at England vs USA to see a clear favorite.
 
you cannot compare england and usa to bafana. you must remember that most of bafana's players play in the psl. most of the english, americans and mexicans play in the top european leagues
 
Not most but some, their 23 man squad consists of similar amount of local players to Bafana's.
They have some players in big clubs though and they played superbly against Italy.
 
Mexico don't have a rooney or villa but they have young guys like Giovanni dos santos or javier hernandez and rafael marquez but no big names.

Well they beat me by 1 goal while playing Fifa 2010 on my PS3, I just hope the SA players are better than the n00b player I am :D
