RSAWEB - cancelled... now what???

I cancelled my FTTH with RSAWEB on 16 March, got all confirmations to cancel the service on 27 March, the detail in the mail stated that the last day is 30 April, but this thing is still hogging my OpenServe line today 2 May.

Does anybody know what to do??

If with Openserve then the line is open and another ISP should be able to provide you with service already

You will only have to be sure that your previous service is cancelled so the ISP does not continue to bill you
