RSAWEB have downgraded my line and yet charge me more for it without my consent.
I'm on a 40/20 line with RSAWeb at R1005 pm. Now they say that 'Openserve' have a FuP in place ie 2Mbps during peak hours. I have emailed and called RSAWweb for 2 weeks now, and they just ignore me. Their premium 40/20 is now R1295 with no FuP.
Ive checked their website and they have changed the Openserve contracts
So they have kept charging me the same rate, but have moved me down to a lower package. I have no contract with them, so I'm cancelling.
