RSAWeb down in my area

If you goto your network adapter settings and goto tcp/ip v4 and under dns for first one put 8.8.8.8 and second one 9.9.9.9 and click ok and restart pc then all should be fine
 
Yeah my router is also without connection, no matter what the dns
 
Well I wouldn’t say it’s the whole country on RSAWeb that is down as my connection is still running perfectly, has all day.
 
Anytime something happens at the first of the month I can't help but think that a bill somewhere has not been paid or a contract not renewed. Not that it happened in this case, it is always just funny to think of that when an incident hits on the first of the month.
 
Seems like their Radius Authentication server is down - anyone who still had active sessions would still have internet - anyone who's connection dropped for any reason wont be able to re-authenticate thus they're offline.
 
I get a brief surge of Internet and work like crazy on Google Sheets and then, boom..."this file is too large to be edited offline"...so I stare at the clock and wait.
The weird thing is - Alexa is working.

Just remember - you have to hand the stoopid router back
 
they are back and what a nightmare of a day it caused at both our branches CPT and JHB. Got JHB up and running by doing Manual DNS but CPT no one was clued up enough to assist me.
