RSAWEB slashes prices.... (21/4/21)

Hey I had the same question! I don;t see why it shouldn't apply.

I emailed them to ask a few weeks back.
This is what I asked...

"Hi Team,

I noticed that your current plans are showing up as a reduced monthly amount.
Will this apply to current connections?

Example:
I'm paying R1085 for Octotel 100Mbps connection.
It is now saying that same connection is R955.

If I upgrade my connection via the "MyRSAWeb" to the 200Mbps, will the new lower costs apply to my account?
"

Thank you for being in contact with us,

Please note that this is a promotion that we are running for new customers.

Unfortunately we will not be able to change your pricing to the promotional price.

Although not sure why it shows the Promotional prices if I go to the MyRSAWeb and want to upgrade my connection.
