Howdy All,

So i have trust issues with earphones and want some opinions on what you guys feel are the best earphones for running/sport.

1. Must have good sound
2. NOT in-ear canal, i need some outside noise to come in.
3. Must be sweat proof/resistant.
4. MUST be wired. Cannot deal with charging more sh#t.
5. Budget : R500-R2000 (ideally not R2k)

I've been using https://en-sg.sennheiser.com/mx-686g-sports and the one side has decided to die after a solid 2 years of usage. I was very happy with these.

Jaybird, klipsch, jabra, plantronics only have wireless and/or in-ear canal ones.

So far i've only come across the bose soundsport as alternatives, but they are double the price and not sure if its worth it.

HIT ME WITH SOME GOOD STUFF!

Skullcandy also has sports earphones, the kind that hangs on your ear.
Musice stocks the brand amongst others so you could try those.

For running, nothing beats the Airpods. They let in outside noise, they're sweat resistant, and the sound is plenty good enough for daily use. Most important is with no cables they never go loose in my ears, no matter what I do. I charge the case around once a week or so, otherwise the buds get around 4-5 hours then pop into the case when not being used. Pricier than your budget but i picked up a pair for r1500.
