S4 mini avail in s.a?

As the topic says , is the S4 mini available in south africa? , if not when will it be?.

I see Vodacom already has it on their contract list, but I don't see it on their website yet.
It's due either later this month or beginning of next month afaik.

The S3 and S4 are just too big, if I wanted a tablet I would buy a tablet, the S3 and 4 need to remember what they are so the S4 Mini is a nice option for me, I dunno if SA got stock yet but I seen they are available but I think personally I will go HTC One when my contact is due for an upgrade in the next two months.
I just wonder if I want to go Windows mobile or stick with Android.

The other pressing question is whether it'll be covered by the same accidental damage warranty as its big brother.

There is also a Lumia 920 mini on the way - lol

I am sure it will be the cheaper smaller Lumia with OIS and low light photo tech.
