So just to let you know, I contacted head office, and they have zero blue stock, I am apparently welcome to check back in a week (again with the week story) and maybe they'll have but they also don't have a date of when they will be getting blue.

But the front is still black, so can't you just get a blue faux leather back cover later?
 
Getting the black one on Monday according to autopage. They had the white one but that leather backing would get so dirty so I would rather not.
 
Still no blue stock. Can give me white or gold. Maybe I must take it. But want a gear 2. Anybody still getting gear 2 with the s5? Been on waiting list with a red advantage since mid-March! Told them I want it today otherwise I'll go get it somewhere else. Really wasting my time!

No, the "gold" looks like a big Band-Aid plaster.

Im pretty sure that offer was over well before the Friday launch of the S5 , it was a pre order special basically . It was a bit of a misleading promotion anyways as only 100 FREE Gear 2's were available . After looking at the latest Vodacom booklet , it looks like its now R779 for a S5 and Gear combo on smart Medium !
 
We who were on waiting list and are still waiting should be compensated surely for inconvenience.
 
Seriously thinking of taking s4 and tab 3 deal and get s5 end of the year.
 
Good price but minutes?

Finally got Blue S5 now delivered. No gear no cover but at least 1gb x 3.

Glad I got a gold.
Already 3 whites, 2 blacks and today 4 people took delivery of blues.

Still the only gold in the factory :)
