'SA does not need Bullard'

People had to be "deprogrammed" and that socialisation that taught people to be racist, had to be undone by continuously emphasising equality, dignity and human rights, Jordan said.

AA is, of course, not racist, so when you apply for a job, and they tell you it is for AA candidates only, you should know that it is not because you are white.

SA needs the ANC like a kick in the teeth, but that doesn't seem to stop them now does it?

Oh look, another reason to hate this country. I seem to be finding more and more of them lately...

"South Africa had its own racist "headaches" without having to import them from England or elsewhere."

Mugabe much? Has Jordan said anything about JQ?

Is the reason what Pallo Jordan said or are you referring to the AA/BEE thing as mentioned above?

"deprogrammed"

:eek::eek::eek:

Sounds like a scene from 1984!

And yes, JonQ can get away with racist drivel (and I say drivel because his writing is not worthy of being called journalism, his (ab)use of the English language is appalling) and with labelling blacks who disagree with him coconuts. But Pallo Jordan is too shortsighted with his ANC goggles to notice.

I wish our government would go on about Mugabe like this...

*sigh*

Anyone have an email addy for Pallo Jordan? He clearly needs to be inundated with a selection of JQs disturbing rants.

EDIT to SA does not deserve David Bullard. The tribesmen running the country wouldn't know good journalism if it was shagging their mom. It isn't so much what David Bullard wrote it was that he was white when he wrote it.

If I was maybe half as lazy as I am I would have started my idea company to get white people, poor and old, out of the country leaving the tree huggers of course. See how SA gets on without the evil oppressive thieving white man.

But I am lazy. So just I'm going. =/

Bullard joins the thousands of skilled workers not needed in this country. Oh the shame for poor Bullard :o

and that will help how?

Obviously the man is in need of a reality check.

I'm referring to both, and the blatant hypocrisy therein.

People had to be "deprogrammed" and that socialisation that taught people to be racist, had to be undone by continuously emphasising equality, dignity and human rights, Jordan said.

How can I be "deprogrammed" when I can't get a fscking job simply because I am white? Jordan waxes poetic about "equality", yet I am less likely to be employed over a black person, even if I am better qualified for the job. How is that in any way "equal"?

I was eight years old when Apartheid came to an end. I can honestly say that I do not have any memories of being segregated in any way. I was brought up by parents who tried desperately to raise me not to be racist, going so far as to punish me if I made any racist comments when I was growing up. Yet here I sit today, 21 years old, and I can't honestly say that I do not harbour any racist thoughts. I wouldn't say it is "mindless" racism, judging a person purely because of the colour of their skin, but rather I am racist towards the ANC and the people who run this country (I know that doesn't really make sense), as since the country was placed in their hands it has gone nowhere but down hill, and the moment anyone says anything about it, they are a racist.

I mean, let's be honest, could you imagine a company saying to a possible job candidate "We're sorry, we just aren't looking for a BLACK employee at the moment"? It would be a national uproar, yet it happens to whites all the time, and it is considered "equality".

Very scary when they start using phrases like that.

Obviously the man is in need of a reality check.

The problem with people like that is they believe their perception of reality to be real and there's no way you can change that.
