The real controversy as to why I left Unforgiven II was because.. I was drunk most of the time and forgot where I was ( Joofy )

Do you mean back in the RE days? While we were doing Karazhan & ZA?
No need to apologize for anything, I can hardly remember the incident and have no grudge against you personally - just shows how serious this all is at the end of the day.

Thanks for the post though, makes me feel a little dirty for having joined in this thread and certainly lends all the qq an air of absurdity.

Oooh no not getting away with him so easy. On the Kiljoy voting issues i said we must let people like Depleted be forgiven and must also have a second chance. Hes new application thread was locked before he could comment. Locked BAM. Just simply DECLINED for no reason, But let me speculate maybe why.

I recall Bortar saying Depleted and his wife was lootwhores in Karazan and ZA in 10 mans... so seeing Bort is thick with the officers, that could be why....

Just proves old grudges can be kept not only by me(Had good reason), but by the esteemed leadership as well

Wow, this game really does attract some "interesting" individuals. Who would have thought that grown men could build up so much pent up emotion and angst about an MMO. That's when you know your life has reached the lowest of lows. Seriously, if I had to look into the future and see myself behaving like this at the age of some of the posters in this thread, I'd consider taking... drastic steps. :wtf:

I'm surprised this thread is still going. Aren't there forum rules against this sort of thing? I know if I was a new WoW player and I stumbled upon this I'd probably avoid the SA community as much as possible. Even having played with SA WoWers for 4+ years, things like this still push me in that direction.

PS. Cynicster, were you Ferretmonger on Stormrage US by any chance?

Depends whether anyone reported this thread, I guess a mod would then just delete the irrelevant posts or whatever, also dependent on which mod look at it.

But as you say, you would take drastic steps, its exactly what I did back then, I actually left the game for about 6 months, after which I only played it casually. It is also the reason why I didn't take anything personal as to what people said in this thread, I know its not true and who cares anyways, like they said themselves.

On the official WoW forums there is actually a anti name and shame policy. They won't prevent you from posting screenshots, but just calling out things about any person, exactly like what happened in this thread, Blizzard would just lock the thread and that would be that. Which is why I asked for evidence and because I usually don't care about using facts in normal discussions (which really is not necessary in the threads that people mentioned) my opinion in this thead was shot down.

The biggest problem here is: When I do something good you never seem to remember. When I do something bad you never seem to forget...

PNV is still, the longest running guild in South Africa (Twilights Hammer).

The problem with most guilds, is once the GM quits, the guild falls apart. PNV has had 8 GM's since its existence.

Back to the drawing board for all of you :)

I had an alt paladin in PnV once. I lasted in the guild for about 2 hours before being kicked. I believe not attending the same church as the guild leaders had something to do with my being kicked.
 
Unskinnybob: 'not attending the same church' - Id rather say, being the biggest ******* in wow history, would cause a person to be kicked from PNV in 2 hours.

Aah it wouldn't be a pointless online argument without Apathaia sticking his self-righteous opinionated nose in it.

Pap en Vleis was only a decent 25 man progression guild at one point in its history, and you've made it your personal mission to alienate the guild leader who was responsible for that success. A great many raiders have left PNV over the last 2 years to get away from the drama that you are almost entirely responsible for, myself included.

Many guild leaders have stepped up to try and make things work, and the current GM is doing a superb job. I note, however, that you are, as usual, doing sweet #@$% all to actually get inolved yourself, and your only involvement is to get involved in flaming, once again.

I'll take you seriously when you step away from forums and do something that actually adds value to those playing with you, rather than the usual repetitive attacks on your perceived enemies.

Until then, flame on. It's always good for a laugh :D

P.S. Let me make it clear that UF2 and I made peace, and I sent them off with smiles when they took the FCM. It's all in the past guys. Give 'em hell ;)
