What betrayal ?
I saw their position paper... It was fair
The ANC decided on their own they wanted a VAT increase

It clearly wouldn't be there had the DA got their way with the ANC or had the DA won the vote in parliament, it's not difficult.

Maybe it wouldn't have because the proper form and function of the committee would have been followed.

Its not complicated Verashni, celebrator of making every citizen in the country poorer.

When you are told a month before that your plan is wrong and it won't be supported, it could hardly be construed as betrayal.

The court case is valid, they believe they voted on a process that was procedurally flawed. Let the court decide, and then return to the negotiating table. Good faith works both ways. It was broken when they went outside for votes...

There was actually a good agreement on the table . ANC just decided to go for ASA because they would vote for a vat increase.

What is a joke is that i saw an article where the anc said they werent married to the VAT increase. LOL

Of course they weren't when they're talking to the slaves that vote for them, and our stupid journalists lap it up basically.
