It all falls under NPA as per what I read briefly. I mean she herself is probably in hibernation since she joined so probably very clever of her not to do any investigation herself. I will give her that.

I would really like to know WTF she did in last 7 years. There has to be at least one successful case in 7 years.

Flip - we get heat (and rightly so) if we don't deliver some major feature within one program increment, which is just basically quarter. Imagine sitting at top of the food chain at NPA and doing fokoli for 7 years = 28 quarters. Pretty sure none of her colleagues respect her and they all figured out a way to do nothing as well.

Why would she investigate them? By the way, anyone, including you can ask the PP to investigate anything you think is in her purview.

I don't know if you are intentionally being obtuse but there are hundreds of articles on NPA bungling. Unless you think media is lying in ALL these instances ? In theory, it is possible.
